Estates and Trusts | Business Law | Banking & Financial Services | Employment Law
As general counsel to business clients, Frank advises on transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, financing (banking and private equity), corporate structure, venture capital, and tax planning. He provides advice to both individuals and business owners in matters relating to succession planning, estate planning and taxation, insurance, employment contracts, and other wealth management issues.
Frank also represents clients in real estate and construction, including projects involving residential and commercial developments utilizing public-private funding partnerships, historic tax credits, low income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, and FHA and HUD financing.
Frank has been actively involved with strategic planning for privately owned companies through COSE strategic planning, and more recently with SPC 3.0. He also lectures on strategic business planning for non-lawyers. A core philosophy is to work with clients to determine their strategic plan and then address legal issues as part of the strategy.
